Province highlights

The Capuchin Franciscan Friars are a Roman Catholic religious order of brothers and priests inspired by the life and ideals of St. Francis of Assisi and living a life of prayer and service to others. The friars of the Western America Province seek to serve Christ in a variety of ministries throughout California and Northern Mexico and to be a joyful presence of hope and salvation to all, especially to those most in need.

Almighty and ever-living God,
strengthen our faith, hope, and love.
May we do with loving hearts
what you ask of us
and come to share the life you promise.
We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever. Amen
